Statistical Process Control (SPC)

SPC is the strategy of reducing the variability of the process. Finds the assignable causes of variation responsible for out of control process and improve the quality of the product or service delivery. The training coursework includes; Introduction of SPC, basic statistical concepts, process control, control charts, construction of control charts, process capability Cp and Cpk analysis.

Programme Language: English/Hindi

Mode of Training: In-House/Open House/Individual

Participants: Junior, Middle and Senior level Engineering and Management Executives from manufacturing or service industry. Students of Engineering, Management, B.Sc. Maths or Statistics can also participate.

ROI: Learner can able to control the process and reduce the cost of poor quality, skill development, knowledge enhancement
