Statistical Process Control (SPC)

SPC is the strategy of reducing the variability of the process. Finds the assignable causes of variation responsible for out of control process and improve the quality of the product or service delivery. The training coursework includes; Introduction of SPC, basic statistical concepts, process control, control charts, construction of control charts, process capability Cp and Cpk analysis.

Modes of Training

In-House Training

  • Sponsoring organization can call the trainer to conduct the training at its place

  • Interested participants need to visit at trainer place
