New 7 QC Tools process subjective information for managerial decision making. The coursework includes; Affinity diagram, Interrelationship digraph, Tree diagram, Matrix diagram, Prioritization Matrices, Process Decision and Program Chart (PDPC), Activity Network Diagram, along with basic management tools; Why-Why analysis, Force Field Analysis, Nominal Group Technique and Brainstorming.
