Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA)

FMEA is a risk analysis technique that uses the technology and experience of the people. The training coursework includes; understanding of FMEA, requirements of FMEA, Types of FMEA, Stages of FMEA, Reliability, FMEA document. Factors of FMEA; Potential failure mode, Potential effects of Failure, Severity, Potential causes of Failure, Occurrence of Failure, Current Controls for Detection of Failure, Risk Priority Number, Corrective and Preventive Action.

Programme Language: English/Hindi

Mode of Training: In-House/Open House/Individual

Participants: Junior, Middle and Senior level Engineering and Management Executives from manufacturing or service industry. Students of Engineering, Management, B.Sc./B.Com/ B.A. with Maths may also participate.

ROI: Participants can measure the risk of the failure of a product or a process and eliminate the responsible causes, skill development, and knowledge enhancement
